Are refunds available?

We do not issue refunds on ANY HAIR PURCHASES once an item has been shipped out.

No Returns, Exchanges Only No Exceptions. We exercise a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. The items must be mailed in its original condition. We will not accept any merchandise that is not in its original condition. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

If you are looking to exchange products a $50 restocking fee along with the additional shipping costs will have to be paid in order for the exchange to be honored. Exchanges can take up to a week.

Any alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We will not accept back any product that has been installed or altered (washed, removed from weft, processed, colored or cut). If you are unsure about the quality of your product, please show your stylist or email us at info@chichaircouture.com for questions.

If it’s determined that Chic Hair Couture is at fault, we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.
